In third grade, Jahre was classified as “special ed” and removed from regular school. Until one day, he was ordered to take an I.Q. test. The test administrator proclaimed he had given the test 3,200 times in 37 years and Jahre had achieved the highest score. By 10th grade, Jahre had a 4.14 GPA. The following year, he got the opportunity to attend a more competitive high school, where he was star wide receiver and earned All-Conference football honors. My name is Paul Jones and I am 16 years old. I am the oldest of three 3 children, one brother, and one sister. I like playing basketball and watching movies. I am in the 11th grade and I am looking forward to being a senior next year. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Anchorage, Alaska, and it was a life-changing experience. The reason I want to go to Disney Dreamer Academy is because I love to experience new things that will change my life. As an 11th grader, I have the opportunity to work one day a week through my school. I work at Paul Weiss Law Firm in the documentation production department. I have been with the firm for my entire year and was told by the president that I could come on as an employee when I graduate. I am just really grateful to have been raised with strong values and to respect others. My grandmother has a Ph.D., and this is an inspiration for me to reach higher and not just settle for being an ordinary person. I aspire to be an architect and I am going to a college to study the craft.
